Call for entries at Nordisk Panorama

aarhusNext Nordisk Panorama 5 cities film festival will be held in Aarhus Denmark, September 22-27. Nordisk Panorama Event is the main platform for short films and documentaries in the Nordic region, offering an annual business venue and showcase, spanning all professional focus areas from development and financing to distribution and exhibition. The deadlines for submissions to Nordisk Panorama – 5 Cities Film Festival, Nordisk Panorama Market and Nordisk Forum for Co-financing of Documentaries are quickly approaching, deadline for submission of films is May 15th.

This year's edition of the Nordic Short and Documentary Film Festival takes place in Aarhus, Denmark, 22 – 27 September, and welcomes films from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Greenland and The Faroe Islands. http://www.nordiskpanorama.com/

NB! As a special service, all children's films registered for Nordisk Panorama Market will also be presented at the film-markets at the international children's films festivals BUSTER in Copenhagen and Cinekid in Amsterdam, thus expanding the film's market exposure. Please note that having entered your film for Nordisk Panorama Market, it will automatically be considered for the competition programme at Nordisk Panorama – 5 Cities Film Festival. However, to be considered for the competition programmes at BUSTER and Cinekid, you need to register your film separately for each festival.

Nordisk Panorama Market

Nordisk Panorama Market offers a comprehensive overview of the previous year's production of short films and documentaries from the Nordic countries. In 2005, the 256 short films and documentaries were screened by 24 professionals – including TV-buyers, distributors, financiers and festival programmers.

This year's edition of Nordisk Panorama Market takes place in Aarhus, Denmark, 22 – 26 September, and presents all the films registered with FkN during the past year. Nordisk Panorama Market welcomes films from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Greenland and The Faroe Islands.

Deadline for submission of films: 15 May

13th Nordisk Forum for Co-financing of Documentaries

During the 12th Nordisk Forum for Co-financing of Documentaries 2005, 24 Nordic and Baltic projects were pitched to the 31 participating financiers. Nordisk Forum welcomed a total of 198 professionals from all over the world.

This year's edition of Nordisk Forum takes place in Aarhus, Denmark, 25 – 26 September, and welcomes projects from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Greenland, The Faroe Islands, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Submission of projects: 12 June

Accreditation for observers and financiers: 7 August
